Since the start of Home care nursing for prolonged bed-ridden patients by a multidisciplinary team in the fiscal year 2019 to 2022, the project has aimed to provide comprehensive care from a multidisciplinary team to the elderly who are physically unable to travel to the hospital. They can gain access to quality and safe healthcare services for their well-being.
