It also monitors the development of graduates' Soft Skills and Future Skills.Furthermore, the center promotes independent learning for students, alumni, and external individuals interested in reskilling or upskilling, supporting lifelong learning initiatives. This extends to providing access to learning resources and platforms for the general public, enabling them to learn anytime, anywhere.

This is to promote learning opportunities for all members of society regardless of age, gender, or religion. Everyone has the right to equal learning and improving their skills that can help them develop and improve their quality of life. The university also learns from the society and applies what it has learned to improve educational quality.
