Public Program

Mahidol University has a policy called “Mahidol Eco University and Sustainability Policy 2021-2025” which is under the 17 targets of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This has been developed by the United Nations (UN) to develop a sustainable university prototype with strong, stable, and sustainable foundation. This also aims to achieve the fourth target of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4: Quality Education). The university offers equal access to learning and educational resources. This includes the general public and the general public's ability to access knowledge and resources via learning platforms at any time and from any location, as shown below.

Mahidol University Extension (MUx)

is a learning resource that responds to learners’ needs. Learners can gain access to knowledge resource anywhere anytime free of charge.
Siriraj Health science Education Excellent Center (SHEE)

provides training programs and short courses for medical and health science personnel including E-Learning, DVD, and online training.
Mahidol Apprenticeship Program (MAP)

is educational management for graduate students that allows interested learners to improve their knowledge foundation, knowledge development, and essential work skills (Reskill, Upskill, and Addskill) through short courses and trainings.
Mahidol Channel

is a new media channel of Mahidol University which brings together all knowledge in arts and sciences by combining “Education” and “Entertainment” to broadcast informative and entertaining programs with variety and creativity. This is a contemporary program designed to resemble a television show. It is interesting and easy to understand which benefits for a wide array of audiences and people in the society.
RAMA Channel

is a channel to broadcast medical knowledge produced by the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. This program aims to prevent and promote good health for Thai people in various forms of prevention and treatment. This results in an informative health presentation for proactive roles via 24-hour satellite cable television and social media.
Moreover, Mahidol University has channels that allows an opportunity for everyone to learn and share their experiences. This is to promote learning opportunities for all members of society regardless of age, gender, or religion. Everyone has the right to equal learning and improving their skills that can help them develop and improve their quality of life. The university also learns from the society and applies what it has learned to improve educational quality.
