The international training on “Natural Disasters Management” on 6 July 2018
The Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University, conduct a project entitled “Thai Coast: Coastal Vulnerability, Resilience and Adaptation in Thailand”, funded by Newton Fund of the United Kingdom between October 2018 and September 2021.
Coastal habitats, a dynamic environment of key socio-economic importance, comprise biologically diverse ecosystems including mangroves.

Seub Nakhasathien Foundation was established to focus on protecting forest and natural resources that are wildlife habitats. Conservation of biodiversity is the first priority of the Foundation followed by protection of threaten animals and plants. Mission of the foundation is creation of work and network to monitor any legal regulation, policy or project that may impact forest ecosystem, as well as minimization of climate change impact. Currently, the scope is particularly forest in western region of Thailand covering 20 million Rai (or 3.2 million Hectares). The Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University, is a member of advisory board committee in Seub Nakhasathien Foundation
On 9 March 2017, the Rakkaew Foundation signed a memorandum of cooperation with Mahidol University.
